The LBC is a Philanthropy and Passion Project—and it’s completely FREE for those who may need a hand up by being supported through acts of kindness and generosity of our community.
It’s not often we get the chance to create something that truly connects, uplifts, and inspires. "Who" is TLBC?
Robin (Ro) Shields is the Founder and the heart and soul behind TLBC. What started as a simple spark of an idea has turned into her true calling and passion. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Ro knows the community inside and out. She’s been a hairstylist for 20 years and has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, having owned Flow Studio Art Center in Neptune Beach and V Studio Jax Innovative Wellness Center on the Southside.
Ro loves to quote Elise de Wolfe: “I’m going to make everything around me beautiful – that will be my life.” It’s a mindset she brings to everything, from connecting people and businesses to creating a chill, welcoming vibe wherever she goes.
